Recovery Connection OKC is a free monthly support group for individuals who are in or pursuing eating disorder recovery. We engage in psychoeducation on an ED related topic each night, as well as take turns sharing recent life updates, giving feedback, and discussing where support is needed for each person. No sign up required, its an open group. All are welcome, 18+.
