Recovery Connection OKC is a therapist-led support group for individuals who are in or pursuing eating disorder recovery. We engage in psychoeducation on an ED related topic each night, as well as take turns sharing recent life updates, giving feedback, and discussing where support is needed for each person. Sign up required, its a closed group (consistent peers for the 6 week group). All are welcome, 18+.
